Here are the steps for correctly pouring breast milk into your Youha storage bag or bottle:

Remove the motor: After you have finished pumping, remove the motor from the cup and set it aside.

Remove the collection cup(s) from the breast: Now remove the collection cup(s) from the breast and hold them in your hand or place them on the table.

Maintain the correct position: Make sure that the side of the breast shield that attaches to the breast always points up when you donate.

Use your thumb: Place your thumb between the breast shield and the collection cup to ensure smooth flow during pouring.

Pour spout: Pour the milk through the spout at the top of the breast pump. You can transfer the milk to a Youha storage bag or bottle.

Store the milk: Store the decanted milk in the refrigerator or freezer so that you can use it later to give to your baby.
