Guarantee, Complaints & Returns
It can always happen that things don’t go exactly as planned. We recommend that you first communicate any complaints to us by emailing info@youha.nl. If this does not lead to a resolution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation through WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil/dispute/.
Additionally, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to submit complaints through the EU Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not being handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint through the EU platform.
Guarantee
All products come with a two-year guarantee, unless there is visible damage from drops, impacts, or moisture. If you wish to claim the guarantee, please contact info@youha.nl or use the WhatsApp button located in the lower right corner of our homepage.
Returns
As a buyer, you have the right to return or exchange your order, either in full or in part. This can be done within the set period of 14 days after receiving the order. Please use the return form available on our website. After receiving and approving the return, we will either refund the money or send you other products as requested. You can expect your refund within 10 days.
Important!
Items should be returned in their original packaging. Breast pumps, parts of breast pumps, nipples, and items that come into direct contact with bare skin are excluded from the right of withdrawal for hygiene reasons, unless the packaging is unopened. Items must not be worn, washed, or otherwise visibly used or altered. These products will only be accepted for return if there is a clear defect in the product that is not the fault of the user.

Conditions
Costs and Risks
The costs for returning products are partly at the expense of the buyer. The return shipping costs for a package ordered in the Netherlands are €2.95 per return package, €3.95 per return package in Belgium and €7.95 for Luxembourg, France and Germany.. As the sender, you are responsible for the returned package, and you have the option (for an additional fee) to return the package insured.
Return shipments are at the risk of the buyer. This means we cannot be held responsible for damage or loss of returned products. We recommend sending the products in their original packaging and well-protected. Additionally, we suggest always asking for a shipping receipt from the sender where the package will be sent from.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product, with all supplied accessories, and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging, must be returned to the entrepreneur. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we may charge you for the depreciation of the product. Therefore, treat the product with care and ensure it is well packaged when returning it.
